PT BNI Asset Management, hereinafter referred to as "we", is a company that provides third party fund investment management services through various investment instruments in the form of Mutual Fund products. We market products to retail investors through mutual fund sales agents (APERD) and do not sell directly.

Therefore, we do not have a mobile application like mutual fund sales agents. Because we do not sell directly to retail customers, we do not carry out the process of collecting, using and disclosing personal data when customers invest in buying BNI-AM products. We are also not responsible for the data required by sales agents from customers or for the correctness of the data provided by customers to sales agents when registering or making transactions.

If you have questions or complaints regarding our products or services, please contact Customer Complaint Handling via email: customerservices@bni-am.co.id by including the customer's identity as follows: 1) Full name, 2) SID number, 3) APERD name (for retail customers), 4) Name of BNI-AM product owned (or complained about), 5) Telephone number, and 6) Email address. As additional information, BNI Asset Management never asks for PIN or transaction passwords regarding customer questions or complaints.

USAGE DATA 

In accordance with Law (UU) Number 27 of 2022 concerning Protection of Personal Data, until now the BNI Asset Management website cannot collect any data from visitors, be it unique mobile device IDs or mobile device IPs. Third party applications that can read these characteristics are outside the control of BNI Asset Management.

DATA TRANSFER  

No personal data of any kind is transferred to and stored on computers located outside the province, country, or outside government jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in Indonesian jurisdictions. If you are outside Indonesia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we only store your data with your consent in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy. Furthermore, regarding this data, we will take steps that are reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will be carried out to an organization or country unless with your permission and if there are adequate controls. including the security of your data and other personal information.

DATA SECURITY 

The security of your data is important to us, but please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SERVICE PROVIDER  

SERVICE PROVIDER We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services (“Service Providers”), to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. However, these third parties or individuals will not be given access to your data without your consent and will still be subject to signing an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) in accordance with applicable internal regulations.

Our services may contain links to other sites such as mutual fund sales agent sites (APERD), BNI group and social media platforms that are not operated by us, if you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party site, we strongly recommend that you to review the Privacy Policy of each site or platform you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). Currently the BNI-AM website does not have an ON - OFF feature when visited by users with specific age characteristics and changes to kids mode or parental mode.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will inform you of any changes related to the Privacy Policy before such changes become effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for changes, changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when posted on this page.
