COMPANY PROFILE

PT BNI Asset Management (“BNIAM”) is a Financial Services Provider operating in the capital markets industry, specifically as an Investment Manager. BNIAM obtained its business license as an Investment Manager from the Capital Market Authority pursuant to Decision No. KEP-05/BL/MI/2011.

Investment management operations were initiated on October 23, 1995, when the business was still part of PT BNI Sekuritas. As the investment management business grew, on July 7, 2011, these operations were spun off and subsequently operated independently by BNIAM as a limited liability company.

BNIAM provides investment management services for third-party funds through various investment instruments and products, including mutual funds and fund management contracts. The products and services managed by BNIAM encompass regular mutual funds, structured mutual funds, specialized mutual funds, as well as fund management tailored to investors’ risk profiles (risk appetite) and investment needs.

Backed by a strong understanding of the Indonesian capital market and a professional, experienced investment team, BNIAM is committed to helping investors manage and grow their investment funds through a variety of investment products and strategies. The investment products and services we manage include, among others, open-end mutual funds, protected mutual funds, and various alternative investments such as Closed-End Mutual Funds (RDPT), Asset-Backed Securities Collective Investment Contracts (KIK-EBA), and other investment instruments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
