Announcement of the Merger and Change of Company Name

PT Danareksa Investment Management Indonesia, formerly known as PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, has completed the merger with:

1. PT BNI Asset Management (BNI AM);
2. PT BRI Manajemen Investasi (BRI MI); and
3. PT PNM Investment Management (PNM IM).

As part of the merger, the three companies have been merged into PT Danareksa Investment Management Indonesia as the surviving company.

The merger became effective on 1 October 2026.

What Does This Merger Mean?

Effective 1 October 2026, PT BNI Asset Management (BNIAM), PT BRI Manajemen Investasi (BRI MI), and PT PNM Investment Management (PNM IM) have officially merged into PT Danareksa Investment Management Indonesia.

As the surviving company, PT Danareksa Investment Management Indonesia assumes and continues all rights and obligations of PT BNI Asset Management, PT BRI Manajemen Investasi, and PT PNM Investment Management in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

The merger was carried out without liquidation.

Has the Company's Name Changed?

Along with the effectiveness of the merger, the name of the surviving company has also been changed.

Previous Name:
PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi

New Name:
PT Danareksa Investment Management Indonesia

The change of company name became effective on 1 October 2026.

The official announcement regarding the merger and change of company name was published in Investor Daily and Media Indonesia newspapers on 1 October 2026.
